These terms apply to all purchases made on https://store-louise.shop (the "Site"), operated by Roberto Ribeiro Marinho Filho 05062032121 (trading as RMNEGOCIOSDIGITAIS).

1. Orders and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. An order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may cancel and refund any order that cannot be fulfilled, that shows signs of fraud, or where a pricing error occurred. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store card details.

2. Products

Product images and colour swatches are for guidance; shades may vary slightly on screen. We sell beauty products and phone accessories sourced from third-party suppliers. Descriptions are provided in good faith.

3. Delivery

See our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns

See our Returns and refunds policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the mandatory consumer protection rules of the UK also apply and are not limited by these terms.
