Returns and refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), and we extend this to a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

Conditions

• Cosmetics and skincare must be unused, sealed and in their original packaging (for hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics cannot be returned unless faulty).
• Phone cases and accessories must be unused and in original condition.
• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: contact us within 30 days and we will send a replacement or a full refund, including return postage.

How to return

Email suporte@louisep.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and instructions. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of postage). Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
